Welcome to the Principal of the Year Award website. This year, the Principal of the Year program will recognize an outstanding elementary, a middle and a high school level principals who have succeeded in providing high-quality learning opportunities for students as well as demonstrating exemplary contributions to the profession. The elementary, middle, and high school level State Principal of the Year winners will be submitted for consideration to be the National Elementary, Middle Level and High School Level Principals of the Year.

The eligibility and rubric are available to assist you in meeting the criteria that the reviewers will use to score your application.
